Our approach
Good work begins
with a good conversation.
You bring the idea. We help turn the discussion into a clear installation scope, with attention to the room, the material and the details.

Tell us what you are imagining.
Start with a call or a short inquiry. An accent wall, a room refresh or wallpaper for a commercial space is enough to begin the conversation. You do not need a polished project brief to speak with us.
We will discuss the kind of space, your project location and what you want to change. If you are still choosing wallpaper, say so—knowing where you are in the process helps make the next conversation useful.
Look at the room and the material together.
The wallpaper’s instructions, the existing wall finish and the layout affect the work. Texture, old adhesive, patching and painted surfaces may need attention before installation. Patterns also need a plan around corners, windows and doors.
Call and ask whether an on-site assessment or measurements can be arranged for your project. A visit is a possibility to discuss, subject to confirmation—not a standard promise for every inquiry.
Clarify the scope before the work.
Discuss the areas to be covered, the selected product, preparation, removal if needed and access to the room. Price, scheduling and any project-specific terms should be confirmed before installation is arranged.
For a commercial space, let us know about product documents and access requirements. If the scope changes, it needs another conversation rather than an assumption.
Bring the pattern into place.
Our installers perform the installation work under the CityPlace Wallcovering brand. The method depends on the product: preparation, adhesive, panel order and trimming should be appropriate to the wallcovering.
Matching repeats, handling seams and finishing around room features are part of what gives the design its intended rhythm. After installation, follow the material manufacturer’s care guidance; different surfaces should not all be cleaned the same way.
